Cho Expeditions understands that plans can change unexpectedly. Below is our cancellation policy regarding peak climbing, trekking, tour packages and motorcycle touring bookings:

Cancellation by the Participant:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start date of the activity: Participants will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by Cho Expeditions.
• Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days prior to the start date of the activity: Participants will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by Cho Expeditions.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the activity: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Cho Expeditions:

• In the event that Cho Expeditions needs to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient bookings) participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cho Expeditions will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants such as flights, accommodation or other arrangements made independently.

Rescheduling:

• Participants may request to reschedule their booking to an alternative date, subject to availability and approval by Cho Expeditions.
• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 30 days prior to the start date of the activity. Any changes made within 30 days of the activity start date may incur additional fees.

No-Shows:

• Participants who fail to show up for the scheduled activity without prior notice will not be eligible for any refunds.

Unused Services:

• No refunds will be provided for any portion of the activity or services that are not utilized by the participant.

Refund Process:

• Refunds, if applicable will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking.

Force Majeure:

• Cho Expeditions reserves the right to amend or modify the cancellation policy in the event of force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

By booking with Cho Expeditions, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy. We recommend that participants consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
